Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (Taiwan)

Convenience Store Pickup

• Delivery: 2–3 days after shipment
• Estimated arrival: T+2
  • Example: Orders placed before 10:00 AM on Monday will arrive on Wednesday.
• The recipient's name must match the name on the government-issued ID.
• If the package cannot be collected due to a name mismatch, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Home Delivery

• Delivery: Next day after shipment
• Estimated arrival: T+1
  • Example: Orders placed before 10:00 AM on Monday will arrive on Tuesday.
• Domestic deliveries are handled by HCT Logistics.
• Delivery is generally completed the next day after shipment. Arrival may be delayed during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
